1. Data controller

This website (the "Site") is published by Samy Bakar, resident in Livigno (SO), Italy, who acts as the data controller for any personal data processed in connection with the Site ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at info@getevnt.org.

2. What this Site is

The Site is a marketing showcase for the EVNT software platform. It is purely informational: there is no login area, no account creation, no online purchase, and no form that submits data to our servers. The only way to contact us is by clicking a "Request a demo" or "Contact" link, which opens your own email application with our address pre-filled.

3. Cookies and local storage

We do not use tracking, profiling, or advertising cookies of any kind, and we do not run any analytics on this Site.

The only piece of information the Site stores in your browser is a small entry in your browser's local storage, used exclusively to remember that you have seen the privacy notice banner, so it does not appear again on your next visit. This is not a cookie in the technical sense and is never sent to our servers or to any third party. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

4. Third-party resources

To display correctly, the Site loads a small number of resources from third-party providers directly in your browser:

  • Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), used to display the Site's typeface. Loading these files may cause Google to process basic technical data such as your IP address, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
  • flagcdn.com, used to display small national flag icons. The same kind of basic technical data (such as your IP address) may be processed by this provider when the icons are loaded.

We do not control these third-party services and receive no data from them about individual visitors. We chose providers that do not require cookies for these specific resources.

5. Data you send us by email

If you choose to email us (for example via a "Request a demo" link), we will receive whatever information you decide to include: typically your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your request, and we keep it only for as long as reasonably necessary to do so, or as required by law.

6. Your rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or another jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to:

  • Ask us whether we hold any personal data about you, and access it;
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data;
  • Ask us to erase your data;
  • Ask us to restrict or object to our processing of your data;
  • Request a portable copy of your data;
  • Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the Site starts using a new third-party resource. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
